Since launching in 2019, the company has combined sustainability, nutrition, and convenience to deliver chef-prepared, plant-based meals straight to doors across the UK. Now, with the recent appointment of two former allplants professionals - Samuel Rodriguez as Head Chef and Mimi Phillips as Freelance Development Chef - Planty is poised to elevate its offering even further. That’s exactly why they were brought on board. Samuel is now leading our in-house kitchen team, ramping up production, trying out bold new recipes, and ensuring our high standards remain rock solid. Mimi has already created three exciting new dishes for us. She brings a brilliant mix of creativity and culinary know-how that’s already having a huge impact on the meals we offer and the experience we deliver.
